No Good

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I ordered a very simple thing from a local pizza place. Warm cheese loaf- received garlic cheese bread and a large cheese pizza - received a medium “works” pizza.

I contacted them with the issue. the following is the text from the email I received back. Hi Kenneth,

Thanks or reaching out to Customer Support. W ehave placed the order to the restaurant and what they have now on their menu is Warm Cheese Loaf now its called Garlic Cheese Bread and the Beeks Pizza (L) is $24.99 so they got you the Super Beek (md). The order total is $23.20 (initial hold which will be refunded when the restaurant finalized the charge with us). Final Charge plus the tip you place (in case you added tip) plus $2.95(service fee) a total of a certain amount. We will only charge you what the restaurant charges us. Please feel free to email us if you have questions.

Here is the main issues.
1- I didn’t receive the items I ordered. There was no attempt to refund or replace the items.
* When asked if I would receive replacements or a refund the response was “No because you didn’t return the items to the store” *Note that was never given as an option.
2- The wrong items were ordered by “Bring Me That” so the store would not take the items back.
3- Normally I would have just eaten the mistake, but I’m a vegetarian and the pizza had both sausage and pepperoni on it.
4- Bring Me That staff was not helpful or apologetic in any manner.
5- To top it all off I was charged more than if I had received what I ordered.
