Bring Me That – Food Delivery App Reviews

After reading reviews I had the foresight to call the restaurant just in case and sure enough they said they have never done business with this company and they have called and requested their name be removed but they wont and they have no way of receiving any online ordering. Currently chatting with bring me that and they are saying oh we arent partnered with anyone we just call the restaurant and give the customers info and credit info and order. They also didnt state that the restaurant had a delivery charge that would be charged on top of their "small" delivery fee. With both fees Combined delivery would have cost $8

Buyer beware. The posted menu prices are NOT the prices they charge. They posted one set of prices, charged me something different on PayPal, and then cancelled that the next day and charged me twice as much. PayPal would not refund, this company is a scam.

As a small business owner I am upset with this app. We receive a call tonight from here to place an order for someone. We had no knowledge of this app and never gave any approval for them to put our menu on their site to have people order through them. And because we never gave them approval or signed up for it, they had the wrong menu posted on their site. On top of it they are charging our customers $4.50 to place it. Also because our menu was wrong it leaves room for too many mistakes to be made which then we would in turn have to fix said mistakes due to this app, costing us money.

Placed an order for a pizza through this app. The store never received an order, I never received a confirmation email, and I was charged 4.50.

Im a business owner, they put my menu online without my knowledge. The prices are incorrect, I got a call from a customer that they never got their food, we never got the order and the customer was charged. In order for me to remove my listing, I would have to give them a lot of information and wait for someone to contact me? This is a scam!!!!

App was easy to use but the order was wrong which ended up costing me more money!! This company only deals with "chat" windows for communication. No phone calls. They were rude in the chat and did not fix the situation. The restaurant I ordered from would not fix this as they had no idea this company was using their menu!!!

Much better other food delivery ordering apps Ive tried. This app is very simple to use and gives a variety of restaurants that make it amazing.

I surely everyone should have it to have a easy life. It was created for people like me, I can order directly from my phone with easy and simple way. Now Im not worry anymore. With over 50000 restaurants in 1000 cities I can choose what I want to taste. I believe this is one of the most important app you must have on your phone.

Very convenient and useful. The application has a lot of very good restaurants and are users voted restaurant. It also combines the ability to order online, I just need a few touches on my phone as my food arrived.

Big scam double charged my card and I never got my food

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I ordered a very simple thing from a local pizza place. Warm cheese loaf- received garlic cheese bread and a large cheese pizza - received a medium “works” pizza. I contacted them with the issue. the following is the text from the email I received back. Hi Kenneth, Thanks or reaching out to Customer Support. W ehave placed the order to the restaurant and what they have now on their menu is Warm Cheese Loaf now its called Garlic Cheese Bread and the Beeks Pizza (L) is $24.99 so they got you the Super Beek (md). The order total is $23.20 (initial hold which will be refunded when the restaurant finalized the charge with us). Final Charge plus the tip you place (in case you added tip) plus $2.95(service fee) a total of a certain amount. We will only charge you what the restaurant charges us. Please feel free to email us if you have questions. Here is the main issues. 1- I didn’t receive the items I ordered. There was no attempt to refund or replace the items. * When asked if I would receive replacements or a refund the response was “No because you didn’t return the items to the store” *Note that was never given as an option. 2- The wrong items were ordered by “Bring Me That” so the store would not take the items back. 3- Normally I would have just eaten the mistake, but I’m a vegetarian and the pizza had both sausage and pepperoni on it. 4- Bring Me That staff was not helpful or apologetic in any manner. 5- To top it all off I was charged more than if I had received what I ordered. Please use at your own risk.

Ive been waiting for years to order from my favorite local pizza place and BringMeThat now allows me to finally order from them. Thanks so much and I must say that ordering from your app is 1000x easier than doing so on your website.

I recently ordered a pizza from a restaurant that has green olives. I placed an order through BMT so I wouldnt have to get the pizza, and the toppings included the Green Olives. When the pizza arrived, it was not green olives. The company sent me a "note" in my "order is processed and on the way" email, in tiny letters, saying "no green olives, only black olives"... The company put my order through and exchanged the green olives for black olives without my consent. There was no way to cancel my order, as it was already put through. I tried contacting the company and they were unable to fix anything except giving me a $5 discount towards my next delivery. This is unacceptable! My roommate is allergic to black olives, and I dont like them, and now we are out of $30 that the pizza and delivery cost and they can only issue a $5 credit for the next order?! This company needs to rethink their priorities. Do not recommend.

Almost 2 hours for delivery. They blame the restaurants and the restaurant says they are not affiliated with the service. Their customer service is a joke they responded with actually readi what my issue was. Stick with SEAMLESS
