I recently ordered a pizza from a restaurant that has green olives. I placed an order through BMT so I wouldnt have to get the pizza, and the toppings included the Green Olives.
When the pizza arrived, it was not green olives. The company sent me a "note" in my "order is processed and on the way" email, in tiny letters, saying "no green olives, only black olives"... The company put my order through and exchanged the green olives for black olives without my consent. There was no way to cancel my order, as it was already put through.
I tried contacting the company and they were unable to fix anything except giving me a $5 discount towards my next delivery.
This is unacceptable! My roommate is allergic to black olives, and I dont like them, and now we are out of $30 that the pizza and delivery cost and they can only issue a $5 credit for the next order?!
This company needs to rethink their priorities. Do not recommend.
